Our Services
Ticket to Work
The Ticket to Work program is a federal initiative designed to help individuals with disabilities transition from reliance on Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits to self-sufficiency through employment. The program provides free access to employment services, including job training, career counseling, and support with job placement. Participants can work without losing their benefits immediately, giving them time to explore work options and build a sustainable career, while maintaining access to necessary services and resources.
Job Placement Assistance
The job placement services offered can assist individuals in finding and securing suitable employment. These services typically include resume building, interview preparation, job matching based on skills and interests, and connecting job seekers with potential employers. Support can also include connecting individuals with on-the-job training services, career counseling, and ongoing guidance to ensure long-term success in the workplace. Our goal is to help individuals find a job that aligns with their abilities, increasing their chances of sustained employment and career growth.
Benefits Advisement
Work incentive advisement provides guidance to individuals with disabilities about how they can safely transition from benefits to employment without losing essential services. It helps individuals understand how working affects their Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, including income limits, work incentives, and potential resources available. Our aim is to empower participants to make informed decisions about work while protecting their benefits and ensuring they have access to necessary supports as they increase their earnings.
